Refund Policy
Pre-order refunds
For pre-orders, customers may cancel their order at any time before production has commenced and receive a full refund. In case of significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers will be notified and offered the option to cancel their order for a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. You may use the contact details provided below.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and returned in a condition suitable for resale, including original packaging and all included components. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law. If return shipping is arranged by Gearrista on the customer’s behalf, the cost may be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged when returned.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned product or proof that it has been returned, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or documentation proving that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
